what you need to do is find a way to better vent your stress and anger instead of taking it out on yoruself, you could do somehting like tlak to people about stuff or you can do somehting physical, like jog or swim, or go play a sportto relieve yoruself of stress ninja
as far as the addiction of cutting goes, try somehting like cutting a wood desk or cutting a leather belt instead of cutting your arms, cause in the end cutting yourself isnt gunna solve anything, and itll just cause you problems (it seems to be already)
