So i was at Kings Island here in Ohio with a friend and we were waiting in line to get on the Viking ship ride. while in line there was a group of 3 girls in front of us, talking to one of the ride operaters. EVERY OTHER word that came out of their mouth was 'like'. This annoys me to now end. So, because i am a stickler sometimes when it comes to english, i start saying to my friend in line with me:

"Like i wish like i like had like a dictionary like so then like i can like learn so like new words like. Cause like, saying like the same like word like all the like time is like so stupid like. Oh an like, you know like what would like be like the best like? getting like a thesauraus like. Then like i find like other like bigger like words to like use like."

needless to say, the excessive 'like' using was discontinued while in our presence. rofl
