CP9 (シーピーナイン, Shī pī nain) is a "stupid" organization, formed of people able to use Rokushiki, six powerful skills only known to its members. CP9 also has special privileges not available to normal Cipher Pol squadrons, like the permission to kill any person perceived as a threat to world stability. The organization seeks the plans to a powerful, ancient warship, called Pluton, the same ship mentioned in Alabasta's Poneglyph that was Sir Crocodile's main objective, in order to bring an end to the Great Pirate Era. The CP9 are based in Enies Lobbys' Tower of Justice, where they act as the final guardians of the Gate of Justice.

Reborn VII: Other families
Chiavorone Family

[edit] Dino

Dino Chiavorone(ディーノ, Dīno?), Seiyū - Kenta Kamakari, Kenn (episode 34)

The 10th generation boss of the Chiavorone crime family. Dino is a handsome young man with great skills as a fighter and an exceptional leader. His main weapons are a whip and his pet turtle, Enzio. Like Tsuna, Dino, at first, did not want anything to with the mafia and was also a klutz. He became a suitable mafia boss after Reborn became his home tutor. He came to be known as "Bucking-Horse Dino" (跳ね馬ディーノ, Haneuma Dīno?) ("Bronco Dino" in VIZ's translation) and fixed the Chiavorone's financial problems, turning them into the third most influential family. Unfortunately, Dino is so devoted to his family, that when none of his family members are around, his skills decrease dramatically, often accidentally hitting people with his whip and falling down the stairs.

Enzio - Dino's pet turtle, given to him by Reborn. It was revealed that, along with his whip, Enzio was created by Leon; Enzio can somehow be considered as Leon's child. He initially wanted Leon, but he was given Enzio instead. Enzio, when soaked in water, can get as big as a house and will begin to go on a rampage.

[edit] Romario
(ロマリオ, Romario?), Seiyū - Kouichi Nagano

Chiavorone subordinate. Just as he serves as Dino's subordinate, he also served as a subordinate to the former Chiavorone boss. Romario would often be the first person Dino calls on when he needs to do something, and is usually by Dino's side. He, like the rest of Dino's family, is aware of the fact that Dino is a major klutz when he's not around his family.

[edit] Tomaso Family
A rival family to the Vongola Family. They have opposed the Vongola Family ever since the beginning of the mafia underground. During the second generation, the Tomaso Family waged a battle against the Vongolas (the outcome was not mentioned). The Tomaso Family's bosses are always named Longchamp.

It is suggested in the Future arc that the Tomaso Family remained close with Tsuna all these years, but nine years and ten months later, they are targeted by the Millefiore Family, and Vongola have lost all contact with them.

[edit] Longchamp Naito

Longchamp Naito(内藤 ロンシャン, Naitō Ronshan?)

Naito is the overly hyper, eighth generation Tomaso boss-in-training. He happens to attend the same school as Tsuna, but they only met in their second year when Naito ended up in the same class as Tsuna. Unlike Tsuna, Naito is excited about everything, including being part of the mafia. Though their families are rivals, he constantly befriends Tsuna, even inviting him to his house and going on group dates. Naito is known to have a unique taste in women, always dating weird and, most would consider, "not-so-cute" girls; also, he usually has a new girlfriend everytime Tsuna meets him. He also has a weird habit of collecting unusual things, including dead batteries and condiment packets.

His family is the creator of the Desolation Bullet:

Desolation Shot - Like the Dying Will Bullet, when shot with the Desolation Bullet, a person will be revived with only their boxers. Although, when revived, this person will grieve about all the terrible things that have happened in their life, making others feel sorry for them.

[edit] Mangusta

Left to Right: Pantera, Mangusta, and Lunga.(マングスタ, Mangusuta?)

Naito's subordinate who is usually the one who shoots Naito with the Desolation Bullet. He does not like Tsuna and his family, and always tells Naito not to get involved with them since they are enemies.

[edit] Pantera
(パンテーラ, Pantēra?)

Another one of Naito's subordinates who seems to dislike him. She would usually try to kill Naito, but he believes it to be just a game she is playing with him.

[edit] Lunga
(ルンガ, Runga?)

Naito's short subordinate who barely speaks. It is said that he only speaks when he is brought a certain flower (this is a spoof of NPCs in RPG's, as suggested by Tsuna). The only time he spoke was when he was scolding a member of his band, who seemed to have been forced to enter the band.

[edit] Millefiore Family
A family that is attacking the Vongola nine years and ten months after the end of the battle for the Vongola Rings.

Millefiore means "Thousands of Flowers" in Italian.

[edit] Byakuran

Byakuran(白蘭, Byakuran?)

The boss of the Millefiore family. He appears to insist that his subordinates call him by his name. His name means White Orchid.

[edit] Shoichi Irie
(入江 正一, Irie Shōichi?)

Tsuna had previously met Shoichi early on in the series (chapter 13); Lambo had stumbled into Shoichi's house, so he had to deliver the child back to Tsuna's house. Upon his arrival, Shoichi experienced, first hand, just how crazy things are in Tsuna's house. At the time, Shoichi was an elementary school student. However, when Tsuna travels nine years and ten months into the future by way of the Ten-Year Bazooka, he is immediately told by an adult Gokudera to kill Shoichi when he returns to the past. Although unknown at this moment, it suggests that Shoichi will do something that will lead to Tsuna and Reborn's death, resulting in an alternate future from the one the older Lambo typically arrives from when he uses the bazooka. Besides being friends with Byakuran, he also happens to be part of the Millefiore Family, though his status in the family is currently unknown.

[edit] γ (Gamma)

Gamma (γ)Gamma leads the Millefiore Family's 3rd attack squad of Blackspell, and specializes in electrical attacks. He appears to be a merciless guy, drinking during his first appearance and also acts arrogant toward Shoichi.

While searching for Kyoya, he runs into Hayato and Takeshi, and proceeds to battle them. Before he was able to finish off the two, Kyoya appears and defeats him in a fight.

He uses a ring that is on the same level as the Vongola Rings. His special box releases billiard balls that carry electricity. His main weapon appears to be a billiard cue. Another of his boxes, when opened, creates electricity in the shape of foxes.
