SCHOOL'S OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And as excited as I am, yes, I will miss that old school. I mean hey, part of my cheeks and my lower eye lid are sore and red from wiping away tears all day. I really didn't cry until they showed the video of pictures Mr.T had taken all year, but didn't put in the year book. But it wasn't a sad cry..it was actually happy. It was one of those moments where you're smiling, but crying at the same time. Before then, we had a talent show thing. Even as it was almost my turn to go, I didn't decide on a song. Finally, I turned to katy adn asked her. The choices were:
1. Death Said
2. I miss you
3. Things I'll never say
I wound up singing 'I miss you'. And as much as I love singing, I was shaking like all get out. I had to close my eyes and think like Sam, which helped. Except, I don't usually sing the second verse, so I lagged slightly there...and screwed up on the bridge:
"I watch you from a distance,
I remember all of those instances.
When you smile, when you laugh,when you crash,
and I was there to catch you when you fall"
I missed the second line and wound-up not singing that part. >.< My a** got kicked by one of my own favorite songs!!!!!((Death said is first when talking about TSO)) But, everyone liked it, and started the 'lighter' thing...except there were no lighters...so they just put up their hands. I gave the rocker fist before walking off stage. On the bus, there was much crying and hugging, I just put on my mp3 player and blocked it all out. After getting home, I went to Laur's ((where else?)) and we watched Pan's Labyrinth...much fun. Came back..and here i am...so..that's about it. But I'm remembering my own characters qoute:
