swollen
thumbs

knees can't
keep still
these hands
they lose control

these things are
getting old
and time
it molds

I won't be the
rejected
flying in circles
cooked in your
silent nights

keep me in
your prays
sweetly locked

I'm bleeding
in and out
words fall from
my mouth
but you can't here
them

whispers bouncing
off the walls

listen

ignorance
