Okay, well, first of all, I haven't been on in an eon-and-a-half. Two, I did vocal NYSSMA last weekend and scored pretty well, and my voice teacher didn't agree with a lot of the comments on there from the judge, but whatever, c'est la vis (um, I think that's how you spell that...), and by the way, I sang Santa Lucia in Italian and in English, the english sounded wierd... Okay, and FINALLY, the big thing...
I have an English teacher who can't speak english for beans (although I do admit that she's not as bad as she was in the beginning of the year) and has a messed up grading system, literally and metaphorically. All she gave me were D+s, D-s, C-s, and all that jazz; one time, she even LOST one of my papers and marked me off for it! stressed ... but I digress, I had a D- or something along those lines on my last report card, great, fun, la dee frickin' da... sorry, I don't really swear, but I was watching reruns of Saturday Night Live last night, sorry... anyways, I just got my intirum (again, I think that's how you spell it...) on Monday and I got an A-! WHAT THE HECK?!?! Some jump from a D- to an A-! Strange people, strange customs, strange outcomes, what can I say? rolleyes
