Smiles painted
On plastic masks
Cheeks of rouge
And eyes of glass
Strings on limbs
No feelings shown
Robotic puppets
Conformist clones
Walking the streets
In black and white
Disagree
Afraid to fight
Difference is
As all around
Scream to be,
Though make no sound.
Close the mind
To the puppeteer
Cut the strings
Face the fears
lose the masks
Smear the smile
If life is gray
It’s all worth while

It sounds very much like one of my little side poems, but it reads a lot nicer. It was very enjoyable to read, but it definitely seems like something random you wrote without planning. Sometimes, those are the best. 4/5
