I am a black square box,
trapped in storage room abyss.
I'm constantly surrounded by the dark
and occasionally an evil "hiss"!
I remember the brighter day's
When I was a majestic apple tree
and the wind made my branch's wave.
I have not forgotten the faces
that planned to destroy me over there chicken and rice lunch break.
I used to be excited about the transformation.
We were going to go everywhere and see time square.
I always thought I was smart
and that the trip was only temporary.
I was foolish to believe that and I have not forgotten the black blazer
or the route that has sentenced me here.
I have been here for an immeasurable amount of time
and I have watched 21 days pass in the blink of an eye.
I am not the only one here though.
There are other box's here too. Each filled with spiders and sorrow.
I have come to realize not all of us have led fabulous lives.
A lot of us have been ripped , torn, and thrown around
while our faces have been buried into the ground.
Some of us have even been so lucky
and been visited by a few care less puppies.
I have slowly come to befriend my neighbor
who up till now has lead an amazing life.
He was once the container for an alto-saxophone
but soon after was thrown into the trash
and had to leave home.
I have at least one thing to comfort me in all this pain and madness.
I am not alone. In the end were all the same.
We have come together to stand by each other in this dingy shelf
and together we cry.

- Sorry , I am not the best person to be asking when it comes to mechanics of English and i am sorry that i confused you. I meant that the box next to mine used to be a box for an instrument. That had nothing to do with what type of wood the box that was talking was made of.

Uh... Check your mechanics. I could hardly notice the very well-disguised merits of the poem through them.
... And who would use apple wood for an instrument case? - Report As Spam
