• Walking through a lonely street, wandering our eyes shall meet
dusty clouds will trail my feet, my eyes are listless frail and beat
Sauntering the way you walk, as eyes meet we do not talk
slightest smiles ever mock, our stares intense we never balk

solemn is our steady glare, our eyes glitter blink and flare
this moment that we need like air, always caught me unaware
staring now into our eyes, hoping that the other cries
when one blinks its a surprise, but blinking is never wise

the demon from across the road, moves its legs and they are bowed
it sheds its skin that ugly toad, twitches once to explode
across the street so very close, and its visage is so gross
clad in shredded filthy clothes, yet with evil grace it flows

screams echo around the block, people run away as a flock
I am scared my mouth is chalk, I was never once a fearless jock
As he nears my heart seems to stop, My eyes go outward with a pop
my feet are braced and as i stop, one foot moves forward with a hop

the monster realizes this was a botch, my foot has stopped deep in its crotch
I've knocked it down another notch, my eyes never stopped their watch
The monster reels and hits the ground, fear has gone and so has sound
as it is always i have found, i am in a situation so profound
