A Flame Ignites Within My Chest
No Fire’s blazed quite like this before
This Feeling burns brighter, stronger; I crave more
Hearts Beat Thudding Louder Stuck Beneath our Breast
My Hands caress the air, warming it to my touch
The music blares louder serenading everything I do
Sparks fly from my breast and float to a sky so blue
My body spirals up into the air; I’ve never felt so much
Flames spin from my core into the night Sky; illuminating the stars
Wonder overwhelms my sensors as I rise closer to the clouds
The stars jolt around sparkling into beautiful crowds
Glistening like budding fireflies contained in jars
The flares lose their luster and I glide down from my pedestal
A Graceful Landing makes a swift recovery
My joints are shocked but what a great Discovery
Something beautiful laces my fingertips; celestial.
