Off across the stars
As I smile I hug to tight..
One last time before we fight....
Another day in bleak daylight
As we wait till the night
Joy and sorrow flow around us,
Hatred and Anger within our lives.
Remember me...for i was there.
Beside you as you stare...
Out at the emptiness.
Staring off as people die...
Even though its no surprise...
Wondering what will become of you.
