  its really a big metaphor and symbolic. and we all get a diff message when we read it.

we leap and jump

risking a fall, a mistake

we miss a stone

we hit the water

the cold realization

we struggle to get back on our feet

we stand, we wait, we watch

we learn how to step, how to jump, when to risk

we try agian

we move on

we gain a stepping stone of life
