You get stuck outside,
In the freezing rain you cry,
Envious to be in her arms once more.
The pain and sorrow,
To much for your heart.
You feel like the blood,
Rushed away in the start.
The begging was good,
The end much worst.
Now you have nothing,
But a broken heart.
The feeling she gives you,
When she walks in the room,
Makes you want to cry,
Makes you want to mourn.
It makes you want to die.
But then she turns to tell you one thing:
The thing that lets you fall to your knees.
She loves you but you can not have her.
So you cry and cry until you are empty,
then you fall into dark and you change.

I would advise that in a poem, if you're going to use different rhyme schemes throughout the piece, you seperate them.
