There are times when I don’t know who I am. Where in an instant, I’ve become a stranger, lost in a confusing familiarity. It’s so damp and grey here. I can feel the chills of this darkened place gnawing at my bones. I’ve fallen yet again, dazed from the impact of my collision with the real world. It’s only now that I think about what got me here. It’s only now that I apply logic and understanding to thought. I should have stayed the beaten path, but instead, I found myself tangled in the thorns and thistles of corruption. My road is so thin, so rough, and so long. It’s the only one of its kind. There’s only one light that ever shines bright enough for me to see the way. The only light that allows me to see the truth. I need her. I need her like the flowers need the sun, like the night sky needs the moon, like a heart needs a beat. I need her in my arms, her warmth melting away the frozen teeth embedded so deep. If I could move her so, I’d have done what no man ever has. I’d have moved the world.

You need to structure your poem
and also clarify what you're trying to get across when you build metaphor upon metaphor the meaning is lost and it leaves readers with out a clue as to what you're talking about - Report As Spam
