Poverty is not a sin
You have to grin
So you could win

Poverty is not a mistake
That you should take

Work hard and long

It is never wrong to be poor
What’s wrong is to be unsure
Make sure to endure

- Trying too hard to rhyme lessens the poem. Poverty is a great subject though but i fell that the rhyming makes it too playful. Nice idea though.
