rage
is purest anger
fire boiled
blood
bursting through
the shell’s
veins
rage is ignorance
no longer feeling the cold
or the rain
rage builds
on hate,
on anger
on betrayal
what can put out the fires
of rage
can love which
caused the
red-hot lava
to erupt
cool the
smoldering
volcano
of my
heart?
