• Lost Paradise.

I found my self alone, thinking of my paradise.

    I died.

I found the sliver dagger with the onyx handle in my back though my black cloak.

I felt my life run through my fingers, but Death,

Death was yearning to take me so I can be rejoined with my lost love. The one that I missed.

My brothers have fallen, my kin gone.

I was the only one left of my kind back then.

I remember my house with the little garden.

Oh how I spend the nights with you, out around the fire with your sapphire eyes.

Dancing, chanting enjoying the time with you.

The smell of burning yew wood, the sweet smell of lavender on you.

Our kingdom in peace, our lives in peace.

Hunted you seeked me for help, and love is what you found.

You made me kind once more…

My pain melted away, the dagger not seeming to be their any more. I turn and saw the red and yellow eyes of my killer, whom of which I have met before.

But the face was clouded by a daunted hood, I only saw the empty shadow.

Seeing that hollow vessel reminded me of my last month I spent killing, wandering.

Seeing you on the sand rock cliff over looking our favorite ocean.

Kneeling, crying, saving me from those who seeked to end their mission.

You looked over to me and said "I'm sorry, I love you, we shall be reunited." Then cried. Your spirit guided to our paradise.

The sand beneath my feet turned to glass.

The sea god became angry and restless.

    The sky darkened.

    The heavens cried.

The gods thunderously stuck their drums.

    The sun turned to black.

I killed for one month straight, getting revenge for my other half.

Oh how I missed those days, those days with you.

'To let you live is not right, your needed else where.' The shadowy figure said.

'To think that the worlds best…' He twisted the dagger in my back and air escaped my lungs. I laughed, my friends I'm sorry, I let you down.

The hooded man removed his garb only to see my dark face. I closed my eyes and passed away.

My body was warm. I saw her standing on the sand rock cliff with the dark russet spreading over the horizon of the ocean.

All only to see her smile, hold me and kiss me.

My paradise was with her and with her I wait."
