Oekaki? I don't think any low-end paint program
can do blending like that, try thinking Photoshop
or GIMP.. Its not made by any Java applet I know
of.. and its not done in a low-end paint program..
therefore its NOT Oekaki.
Other than that its a
good work, but a bit too tall to be a hobbit. Yup. - Report As Spam

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
