Yay, a picture not made on oekaki! Thsi is Neya, one of my chars. I had a lot of fun colouring and shading this one, which I did on Photoshop. I hate having to post in jpeg, it really messes up the picture.
Wow, I just read all the comments. I feel so loved! ^_^ And thanks for all the helpful tips! I always like to know what I can improve on.
EDIT: Um, yeah, there IS a blurry spot on the tail. That's kind of a mistake that I couldn't take out because it would mess up the gradientness of the - Date: 05/23/2004

- If you're trying to make it so that her crystal is the light source, you need to gray out the background between her right arm and her body. The light wouldn't be as uniform there.

- shes, shes, wow, like theonlly light keeping heralive is the stone around herneck, you need to work on the back foot however
