Had a couple of questions on how I did this, sooo... the line work is pencil on paper, scanned, and the color is in photoshop 7. Tools I used were basically just the air brush tool, and the lasso tool.....

- The shimmering on the scales is beautiful! Amazing use of colors and lighting, fabulous!
