My beastie character on The Dreaming MUSH. He passes himself off as a hummingbird pooka, hence the bird features. He is very ashamed of his feet, but refrains from wearing shoes because he assumes his birdy toes offend other peoples' sensibilities too.
Song lyrics are from 'Hammerheads' by Shriekback, which is the perfect beastie song.

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
